Cornbread


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.


Spray 9×9 pan with non stick spray. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Stir well. Pour into your prepared pan and baked for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool, and then cut.

    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    ½ cup white sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
